A breakthrough minimal-traumatic technique
Syndesmosis procedure is minimal-traumatic because it eliminates all unnecessary trauma and harm to the bony and soft tissues done by the osteotomy procedures. It does not break any bones. It carries out only limited bunionectomy which does not remove part of normal first metatarsal head to help narrow the forefoot. It does not sever the adductor hallucis tendon which has been misconstrued as contracted. It does not believe in ever removing the lateral sesamoid either. It does not transfer or transplant any tendomuscular structures.
Due to its minimal-traumatic nature, syndesmosis procedure imparts minimal post-operative pain, maximal safety and mobility. |
